Training followed the CD plan that was approved by the Global Fund to strengthen capacity and skills of key PHO Directors on Leadership, Governance and Management The assignment aimed at enhancing Management and Leadership skills of the trainees to be in a better position to maximise productivity share positive culture, strengthen fiduciary control, accountability, value for money for the use of public resources; thus, contribute in delivering quality health services and save the lives of the Zambians. ACADRI designed a high level training that not only focused on training strategic leadership skills but also how to apply leadership skills to strengthen systems in their organizations, to ensure that tasks are carried out with integrity and responsible stewardship of resources and work to eliminate inefficiencies and improper financial procedures thus delivering quality health services to all Zambians.
