Skills Enhancement for Corporate Drivers and Executive Chauffeurs

Overview 

Most drivers have been trained to drive and ensure safety on the road. Less emphasis has been put on management skills development. Drivers are now faced with challenges of effectively managing their work schedule, being confident 
and portraying a professional image, ability to plan and manage logistics and also possessing the required business etiquette. 

Course objectives 

  • To help drivers understand the concept of corporate driving and its impact on the organization’s image and reputation
  • To improve customer care (both Internal and external) and people relation skills among drivers
  • To introduce participants to business etiquette and professionalism required of a corporate driver
  • To make drivers understand and appreciate the management functions, and also highlight the driver’s role in the smooth operation of the organization
  • To share challenges and best practices of the driving profession
  • To understand and appreciate the various driving standards.
