People Management Skills for Administrative Professionals

In the current competitive business environment, supervisors are under pressure to maintain the momentum and make a difference in their work.  Supervisors need to have human relations skills as well as problem solving, planning, and conflict management in order to achieve organizational goals. 

This course focuses on setting clear outputs for subordinates and monitoring these in line with improving performance and productivity. It explores the skills and behaviors needed for managing oneself and building high performing teams.  The course explores the key challenges faced by every manager and shows practically how to work through.

At the end of the workshop participants will be able to:

  • Improve team performance and cooperation and allow sustainable organizational growth.
  • Appreciate and apply facilitation skills to overcome communication barriers and improve participation
  • Use situational leadership styles  and motivational techniques to enhance employee performance

  • Understand and apply key conflict resolution and counseling skills
